At Lumelle, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

(Photos are helpful if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.)
If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions for where to send your package.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

The product must be in the same condition you received it
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bylumelle@gmail.com with a photo of:

The packaging

The shipping label (if possible)
We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged/defective, wrong item sent), we’ll cover return shipping.

If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Lumelle is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/card provider
Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you want a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at bylumelle@gmail.com. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
