Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or events outside our control.

International orders:
If you place an order for delivery outside the United States, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost (unless explicitly stated at checkout) and are the customer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for packages delayed, refused, or returned due to unpaid customs fees or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
