Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lumelle. Below you’ll find our shipping details, processing times, and what to expect after placing an order.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Any promotions (such as free shipping) will be shown at checkout when available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after your order is processed.

United States (Domestic):

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (typical estimate)

International:

  • International shipping: 7–21 business days (typical estimate)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

International Orders (Duties & Taxes)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges imposed by your country. These fees are not included in product prices or shipping charges (unless stated at checkout) and are the customer’s responsibility.

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs fees, we may be unable to refund original shipping costs.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking will be provided via email. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after your order leaves the warehouse.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, your building office, or neighbors, and contact the carrier first.

  • If you still can’t locate your package, email us at bylumelle@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can help investigate.

Lumelle is not responsible for carrier delays, packages marked delivered by the carrier, or theft after delivery. However, we will do our best to assist you with the carrier claim process when possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email bylumelle@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging/box

We’ll review and work with you on a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
